Agape

The form in this painting seems to glow and pulse from within, like an extraterrestrial heart pumping life and love to the creatures in its universe. Agape is the name of the unconditional love of our God—the love I have tried to convey in my painting. Whether we acknowledge this love or not, Christ’s love lives and breathes in us, flowing through mankind in the purest of ways. 1 John 4:19 says, “we love because he first loved us.” It is truly beautiful to behold the power of this love, and it is my hope that you may enjoy a small bit of this love in my visual form of oil painting.
